What to settle before you commit to a unit.
The practical detail that most often holds a letting up, handled alongside the acquisition.
More than the rent. We set out the business rates liability on the units you are considering, including the relief available where it applies, so the comparison between sites is a fair one.
Not always without consent. We check what the existing use class permits and what needs an application, before you commit to a unit rather than after.
Most policies are not written for short occupations. We hold exclusive access to a service built specifically for temporary retail spaces.
If you are serving, selling or running events from the space, usually yes. We identify the consents required for your intended trade and what is involved in getting them.
Fit-out and occupation checks. We handle the health and safety side so opening is not delayed by something that should have been picked up during the search.
We give a realistic view of total cost - rent, rates, fit-out and the rest - before you take the space on, so the figure you plan against is the real one.
